High Performance Cam Controller KWG

Robust and durable cam controller, tried and trusted over the years as auxiliary drives with two free shaft ends, Ø10mm, for optional driving purposes.
By means of the two-piece, abrasive-proof, plastic cam discs, Ø70mm, each desired switching position can be set for operate and release points for a changeover at every rotation from 0° to 360°. Adjustment is made by loosening three Allen Head screws. A spanner is supplied with each device. The built-in dial ensures easy programming.
Program controllers are available in standard production from 4 (KWG4) to 20 (KWG20) switching elements.The camshaft features ball bearings at both ends and can be completely replaced by loosening only 4 screws; therefore rapid program changeover is possible at all times even with mounted and connected program controllers.
The illustration shows type KWG16 without cover. Our internally-produced, heavy duty KL14KKB microswitch (with double ball bearing rollers) is used as a switching element. The switches are characterised by their high electrical and mechanical loadability with maximum service life.
