The TALOS TB-I14O3 offers predefined standard configurations which are sorted into the following groups. Within each group the programs varies only in the required start behavior. The following symbols are used for the inputs and outputs.
TE-OR3
The TE-OR3 is certified in compliance with the high safety requirements according to DIN EN 13849 and EN 62061, the TE-OR3D is in addition specially designed and certified for the use in furnaces and ancillary equipment in continuously mode according to EN 50156-1.

SR3C
The basic relay SR3C is a universally applicable safety relay, with which the moving parts of a machine or plant can be brought to a standstill in a hazard situation, quickly and safely.
SR3A
SR3A is a safety switching device specially designed for sensors with antivalent logic (normally open / normally closed combination).
In case of danger, the moving parts of a machine or system can be quickly and safely shut down via three safe relay contacts.
SR3E
The safety relay SR3E is especially designed for the use as a safety component for elevators according to the latest version of the approval EN 81-20:2014 and EN 81-50:2014 and is certified by TÜV Rheinland. A widespread application spectrum is enabled through the additional certification up to PL e, SILCL 3, Category 4 according to EN ISO 13849-1:2015 / EN 62061:2005 + A2:2015 / IEC 61508 Parts 1-2 and 4-7:2010.
SR7C
The basic relay SR7C is a universally applicable safety relay, with which the moving parts of a machine or plant can be brought to a standstill in a hazard situation, quickly and safely.
SR4C
The SR4C is a safety relay, which combines the non-delayed and delayed contacts in an extremely compact housing. As a result, dangerous parts of a plant can be switched off quickly and safely during an emergency.
SREC
The extension relay SREC coupled with any basic device of the ZANDER SR series, allows to obtain up to 3 additional and time delayed safety contacts per device. In this way, an existing system can be modularly extended in practically any manner.
SRTC

S2HC
The two-hand safety relay S2HC corresponds to EN 574, type III C and is specially designed for the use in safety circuits, e.g. on pressing, stamping and bending tools. Machines can be actuated only when two buttons are pressed with both hands at an interval of 500 ms.
SK3D
The SK3D is an all-purpose safe coupling relay with three safe relaycontacts. It ensures the quick and safe deactivation of the moving parts of a machine in case of danger. The SK3D couples safe signals of e.g. pulsed PLC’s to the periphery for galvanic isolation and power adjustment.
Spacer
SR3D
The SR3D is a universally applicable safety relay with three safety relay outputs, specially designed for the use in furnaces in continuous operation according to EN 50156-1. Additionally, it is certified by the Germanischer Lloyd under 32915-06HH and thus, approved for use at sea.

SR7D Safe Coupling Relay

ZLM
The Safety rope switch TLM immediately switch off the machine drive if the rope is pulled or there is a tear in the rope. This condition remains locked till the reset pushbutton is pressed when the rope is under correct tension.
ZLS
Safety rope switches immediately switch off the machine drive if the rope is pulled or there is a tear in the rope. Different variants are available for different rope lengths. An additional emergency stop key can be mounted on both sides of the switches.
ZLMS
The stainless steel Safety rope switch ZLMS immediately switch off the machine drive if the rope is pulled or there is a tear in the rope. With the ZANDER assembly / rope tensioning system ZTK, the pre-tension of the rope can be easily set so that green arrows are visible in the display window of the safety rope switch. This simplifies the assembly, troubleshooting and maintenance procedures.
ZLSE

Rope support eyebolts must be fitted every 3 m.

Optional, rope ceiling hook´s must be fitted each 3m. The rope must be supported by the ceiling hook no more than500 mm from the rope switch or the safety spring.

ZCode-RC
The ZCode-RC is a coded tamperproofed magnetic safety switch with transistor output. It is simple to install, IP67 dust- and waterproofed and can switch with no contact. Anything other than the ZCode actuator will not trigger the switch. The switching status is indicated by a LED.
ZCode M12 Extension Cable
M12 extension cable (counterpart) with 10 m lengths is available as accessory for all ZCode-Switches (female, 8-wire, open end cable).

The Stainless Steel 316 version of the ZCode-MZE incorporates a Stainless Steel magnet and has an IP69K ingress protection rating making it suitable for CIP and SIP processes. ZCode-MZ has a high specified polymer body material.

ZX20T
The high-speed-controller ZX20 has another core element. This core element is not a micro-processor, but an FPGA chip. Because of this no cyclic programme is executed - all programmes take place in a parallel manner in real-time and that too, several times faster than in a PLC. This also applies to the analogue inputs and outputs!

Often single high-speed requirements needs to be processed in integrated control systems.

DZT
DZT combines two from each other independently working timer in one housing: one On-Delay-Timer, one Star-Delta-Timer. The DZT controls time depending machine and plant operations, e.g. for compressors.
The integrated Star-Delta-Timer is used to activate a start-up controller for three-phase motors.
ENS20

KL
